    The ribs are back in, covered in brown sugar and wrapped in foil. I bark them for about 45 minutes to get the smoke flavor first though.

    The other pic is jalapeno peppers stuffed with chopped bacon and creme cheese, and wrapped in bacon.

    I had some left over, so the foil things are cheese balls with chopped bacon. I'll open them up so they can get some smoke flavor.

    Oh, they're awesome. We have friends over sometimes for a pitch in thing and we do ribs and peppers. Everyone loves them.

    Haha, I remember you getting into the BBQ thing like 6 years ago. You built your own pits if I recall correctly.
