Rubio: ‘This Confrontation with China Is by Far the Most Important Thing Facing This

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “The Ingraham Angle,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) urge President Donald Trump and his administration to not back down from his tough stance on China. Rubio expressed his concern over some signs the White House might waver on China and argued it was the most important thing facing the country. “I just think there’s a lot of people tripping over there,” Rubio said. “You know, every day some group of CEOs comes marching into the White House and tries to talk the president down from the strong stand that he has taken on China. There’s a lot of voices in the administration that want to back down a little bit on the China thing. This confrontation with China is by far the most important thing facing this country on a global scale. This is going to define the next 80 years … They intend to replace us. On the other hand, it isn't beneath Rubio to try to score political points against Trump on the eve of what could be Trump's finest diplomatic hour to date.

Meg Whitman, Princeton graduate, led the way in US business losing out to China by getting her ass whipped at her own game while she was CEO of Ebay. Neither she nor her Ivy League compadres, ultra-worldly though they were suppose to be, understood marketing in China, believe it or not, and all the Chinese had to do with Ebay's business model was tweak her approach at appealing to consumers. By Chinafying their sales model within their own spin-off platform, it was game, set, match for Whitman.

Since Ebay was in-country and had already done virtually all the heavy lifting, it wasn't quite a no-brainer for the Chinese to prevail. Nevertheless, Whitman's enormous failure has had no negative impact on her reputation as an American business "leader", just as the Clintons' cavorting with all things unAmerican never seems to burn them.

It seems to be a liberal thing.

This type of theft by the Chinese is common. It has been going on since at least Bill Clinton's presidency. The media remains silent.
