    Moussaka with Béchamel

    This is somewhat like Shepherd's Pie in consistency, but the top layer is a lovely
    béchamel instead of mashed potatoes. I had this at a Greek restaurant a few days ago. The top layer was over an inch thick and delightfully silky and creamy. Good dish!

    I haven’t had Greek food in about 3 years.
    Tub of store bought tzatiki doesn’t count.

    That looks good, though.
